Emerald Acres to Welcome Over 75 Teams to Culminate Premier Youth Basketball Series
MATTOON, IL) November 14, 2024 – Emerald Acres Sports Connection is thrilled to announce that it will host the highly anticipated Adidas NextGEN Hoops Series – Finale on June 7-8, 2025. The Finale, expected to draw over 75 elite youth basketball teams from across the U.S., will offer a culminating experience for 3rd-8th grade boys who have participated in the prestigious Adidas NextGEN Hoops Series.
The Adidas NextGEN Hoops Series is a premier grassroots circuit specifically crafted to provide an exceptional, competitive youth basketball experience. The four-stop series brings together top-tier teams from around the nation, combining top facilities, elite talent, and a charged atmosphere that fosters lasting memories and connections within the youth basketball community. Teams in the series are required to participate in each of the three regular-season sessions, each guaranteeing a minimum of four games, with an invitation-only seeded bracket play for the Finale.
The Finale in Mattoon will also welcome additional top-performing programs from the Spring of 2025, creating a unique open format aimed at attracting the best in youth basketball talent. In collaboration with Elite Events and Indiana Elite Basketball, this partnership with Adidas promises to bring high-energy competition to Emerald Acres’ cutting-edge facility, creating an ideal setting for athletes, coaches, and spectators alike.
